You'll: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and seating Collaborate closely with the restaurant, bar and Chef teams Ensure a welcoming and organised atmosphere Provide exceptional service and support during busy periods Represent the hotel with pride and positivity Think about the guest in everything you do What you will bring to the team: Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or retail environment A naturally friendly, outgoing personality Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Professional appearance and communication at all times Flexibility - including weekends, early starts, and late finishes A true team player who loves creating standout guest experiences If you want to be part of a dynamic, progressive, awardwinning team, we'd love to hear from you.
