About Your New Job
As the Production Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing, product handling, and logistics operations, ensuring the highest levels of health & safety and product quality.
Lead, develop, and support a high-performing production team, fostering an accountable and motivated culture aligned with company values.
Forecast, plan, and execute production schedules to maximise efficiency and achieve commercial targets.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement teams to optimise processes and maximise output.
Own the maintenance programme for all equipment and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will engage directly with clients on key projects when required and contribute to strategic planning and resource management.
What Skills You Need
Third-level qualification in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team engagement and development.
Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, cost control, and health & safety standards.
Experience in KPI management, continuous improvement, and driving culture change.
