Finance Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and performance.

As Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights to support key business decisions.
You will also engage in commercial analysis, including costing, pricing, and margin optimization, while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization and the wider dealer network.
This is a permanent role based in Tallaght, Dublin 24, with a competitive salary range of €65k - €80k, plus pension and WFH options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and delivery of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range business plans.
* Maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
* Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including variance analysis, to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions, share insights, and support business scenarios.
* Oversee the annual budgeting process, providing guidance and support to department heads.
* Provide financial guidance to support cost control and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Execute ad hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Finance Director.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Demonstrated experience in finance and/or accounting within a commercial environment.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
* Proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting, including managing large data sets.
* Automotive industry experience is advantageous.
* Highly commercially aware, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
