We are seeking qualified Social Care Workers for full-time roles in a 24/7 residential care service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and active participation in daily life.
* Implement and follow individualised care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Shift & Schedule:
* This is a 24/7 residential service, requiring rostered shifts of typically 3 x 12-hour shifts followed by 4 x 12-hour shifts (approx. 80 hours per fortnight).
* Candidates must be flexible with availability for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as premium pay applies for Sunday and Bank Holiday shifts.
Requirements:
* A Level 7 Degree in Social Care or Applied Social Care, or CORU Registration if holding a related qualification.
* 1 year's experience in a similar setting is preferred, but not essential.
* A Full Clean Driving Licence is essential due to the rural location and requirement to drive residents; candidates with a provisional licence may be considered if they have applied for their driving test.
