About Your New Job
As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the comprehensive management of one large project or multiple sites, ensuring effective implementation of company processes and procedures.
You will liaise with key stakeholders including clients, sub-contractors, engineers, foremen, and quantity surveyors.
You will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle—from planning and design development through execution to successful handover.
You will lead and manage design teams, sub-contractors, and operational staff to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will maintain rigorous compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements, reinforcing a safety-first culture on-site.
You will be responsible for weekly work programmes, progress reports, and chairing management meetings, while ensuring alignment with commercial and budgetary objectives.
What Skills You Need
Degree or Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Progression from a Senior Engineer role to Project Manager level.
Essential: Insitu frame experience, with knowledge of civil works and construction methods.
Trade qualification or practical construction experience.
Proven experience in project management within construction or civil engineering environments.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, leadership, and communication skills.
