On behalf of our client, a leading healthcare company, we are currently recruiting for a Clinic Manager. This is a full-time permanent position based in Co. Wexford.
Outline of Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. The Clinic Manager is responsible for service planning, development, coordination, management of activity and resources in the clinic to ensure delivery of agreed service levels.
2. Manage and lead the nursing & support teams in the care of patients with renal failure.
3. Oversee the operational, quality, and vigilance management of the Dialysis Unit in Wexford, with support from the Renal Business Lead.
4. Implement and assess standards of patient care and needs.
5. Manage effective use of unit resources, balancing quality and cost efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with the Hospital Information Quality Authority (HIQA) requirements and work within local, corporate, and national policies and procedures.
7. Provide professional leadership, managing and developing the team constructively while promoting hospital values.
Responsibility for:
* Finance & Business Management of the Clinic
* Education and Training planning for the team
* Quality & Care Management
Skills & Experience Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with the INMB
* Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience with at least 3 years in renal care
* Financial knowledge related to healthcare and staffing resources
