Nautical and Digital Skills Trainer
Seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver training in nautical and digital skills. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of seafood industry personnel and students.
* Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including Marine Safety & Radio Training and Digital Upskilling. Ensure training is delivered in line with industry standards and best practices.
* Assessment and Quality Assurance: Assess trainee performance and ensure compliance with DoT/MSO and ISO standards in course delivery.
* Facilitation and Events: Facilitate events and initiatives using a mobile classroom, promoting effective learning outcomes.
This full-time role involves working 35 hours per week. The salary range on offer for this position is €57,122-€71,939.
