Corporate Sales Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel, with strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing new business and developing a business strategy for targeting and developing business opportunities
* Conducting market research to ensure the hotel's product and service aligns with the competitive set
* Assisting and supporting the Sales Manager in setting up appointments and establishing new corporate accounts
* Participating in local, regional, and national activities, including trade shows, presentations, networking events etc.
* Conducting show arounds and site inspections to showcase hotel facilities and amenities
* Responding to daily corporate enquiries and conducting phone calls and meetings with clients
* Completing weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and progress
* Communicating guest feedback to relevant departments to enhance customer satisfaction
* Attending meetings and briefings as required to stay informed about industry trends and developments
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
* Strong administrative and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
* Excellent market research and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Proven track record of success in business development and account management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
