Job DescriptionEnergy & Infrastructure Finance LawyerThe OpportunityWe are working with a market-leading Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources team seeking an experienced Energy & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer to join its growing practice in Dublin. This is a standout opportunity for a finance lawyer who wants to work on some of the largest and most complex energy and infrastructure financings in Ireland and across the wider market.Top 3 Things to Know• Advise on landmark energy and infrastructure finance transactions• Exposure to renewables, digital infrastructure and major PPP projects• Clear progression within a highly collaborative, specialist teamThe RoleYou will advise lenders, sponsors, investors and developers on high-value financing transactions across the energy and infrastructure lifecycle, including:Project finance and acquisition finance in the energy and infrastructure sectorsDrafting and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements and intercreditor arrangementsLeading the preparation and negotiation of security packages and ancillary finance documentationAdvising on financings relating to offshore and onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, data centres, interconnectors and major infrastructure assetsManaging transactions from structuring through to financial closeMentoring and supporting junior team membersThe Person4–6 years' PQE in banking, finance or project financeStrong experience with LMA documentation and complex security structuresComfortable leading transactions and managing client relationshipsCommercial, solutions-focused and collaborativeThe RewardHighly competitive remuneration and bonusMarket-leading training and development programmesExposure to flagship energy and infrastructure projectsHybrid working and a supportive, high-performing team cultureNext StepsFor further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Amy Davis at Hunter Savage.
