The Reservations Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring a seamless guest booking experience and optimal occupancy levels.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong systems knowledge, and the ability to lead and mentor a small team.
This position plays a key role in supporting the Revenue and Front Office functions, and offers a clear progression path to Assistant Reservations Manager within 12 months.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Supervise the day-to-day operations of the reservations team * Manage individual and group bookings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely communication * Maximise occupancy and revenue opportunities through upselling and yield management practices * Liaise closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure a coordinated approach * Train and mentor junior team members to deliver high levels of customer service * Maintain the reservations system and ensure all data is accurate and up to date * Handle guest queries and special requests in a professional and timely manner Requirements: * Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel reservations or front office role * Previous supervisory experience is an advantage * Proficiency in Opera Cloud is essential * Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills * Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland * Please note: Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits: * €38,000 per annum * 1-year progression plan to Assistant Reservations Manager * Access to professional development and training programs * A dynamic and supportive working environment
