Maintenance Technician
The primary goal of this role is to provide timely and effective maintenance services to the facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying areas that require repair or replacement. You will also troubleshoot issues to determine the necessary repairs and plan work accordingly. Additionally, you will perform general repairs that do not require specialized technicians and conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, as well as calibration and testing of plant equipment in accordance with CMMS recommendations. Furthermore, you will collaborate with sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
