Manufacturing Process Specialist
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Optimizing production processes to improve product quality and reduce waste
* Collaborating with engineers and technicians to select precision tools and equipment for machines
* Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
Other duties involve:
* Leading process improvement initiatives to streamline product flow through the manufacturing cell
* Implementing Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality control and continuous improvement
* Evaluating and recommending improvements to existing manufacturing processes
Requirements for this role include a degree in Engineering or a related Science discipline, as well as experience in automation, assembly processes, laser welding systems, robotics, validation lifecycle, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in computer-aided modeling and design software is also required.
