Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician
Location: Corby Rock Mill, Monaghan
Full-Time | On-Call Rota with Allowance
We are expanding our Maintenance Team, and are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical) to help keep our mill running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in minimising downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations. You'll work across both mechanical and electrical disciplines — diagnosing faults, maintaining systems, and contributing to upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and preventive maintenance across all production areas
* Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults (including PLC-controlled systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors)
* Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning
* Monitor line performance, reacting quickly to breakdowns or deterioration
* Maintain accurate records in our CMMS system
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement and lean projects
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
* Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar.
* At least 3 years' experience in maintenance within manufacturing/industrial operations
