Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a key member of our Events Team, you will be responsible for setting up for Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner, working under the direction of our chefs, and ensuring that food hygiene and health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up for meals in the kitchen
* Working under the direction of our chefs
* Food preparation and presentation
* Following HACCP procedures
* Deep cleaning of the kitchens
* Daily cleaning duties in the kitchen
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience working in a catering/kitchen environment
* Excellent English both written and verbal
* People person and well presented
* Experience in cleaning systems
* A good knowledge of working within a busy kitchen
* Ability to adapt to new environments
* Two working references
* Valid work permits to work in Ireland with no restrictions
