About the Role
Beechfield Care Group is hiring a Director of Nursing for Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill, Dublin D18. The Director will be accountable for all aspects of care and services to residents, both clinically and operationally, and will manage all nursing home staff. They will ensure all legislative requirements are maintained.

Candidate Requirements
Registered with NMBI
Previous experience carrying on the business of a designated centre
Documentary evidence of relevant qualifications or accredited training
Excellent clinical, leadership, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound decision-making ability
Minimum 3 years experience in nurse management role
No less than 3 years experience nursing older persons within the previous 6 years
Post-registration management qualification: Level 8 in Healthcare Management or Level 9 with a management module in progress or completed by 2028 (inline with updated Health Act requirements 202)
At least 3 years experience at management level
