Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors. This is a permanent, full-time role that offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and professional legal environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing correspondence and legal documents
* Managing emails and maintaining accurate filing systems
* Organising and managing a busy appointments diary
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver excellent client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and agents. You will also be responsible for ensuring all case files are well-structured, up to date, and easily accessible.
Key qualifications for this role include previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing, family law, and litigation. You will also need to be proficient in typing, including experience with digital dictation. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
