Job Description:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient delivery of services
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



1. A minimum of 5 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting

2. A minimum of 2 years experience at CNM1 level

3. To be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits

4. To currently work in a Hospital here Ireland or similar environment ,
