Manufacturing Services Director
This is a permanent position within a leading electronics company based in Shannon, Clare.
* Coordinate and manage manufacturing support and supply services.
* Oversee facilities operations to ensure continued effective management of efficiency, quality, cost, H&S, and technological integration.

Production Capacity Planning:
* Plan production capacity and workflows to optimize resources and meet projected output targets.
Quality Control:
* Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet company standards and customer expectations.
Cost Management:
* Manage production costs to maintain budgetary controls.
Process Improvement:
* Continuously improve all key aspects of the manufacturing services support.
Team Leadership:
* Lead and develop a team of technical staff.
