Teamworx is delighted to be recruiting for a Big Box retail group that operates 33 stores across Munster.
The Designate Retail Manager is responsible for filling in as a Branch Manager when the presiding manager is out of office.
The Designate Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and store performance, including sales, staff, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock and resources management, and the overall continuous improvement of the branch.
Our client offers a generous salary of up to €50,000 DOE with a significant annual bonus opportunity.

Requirements for this Designate Manager Role:
Flexibility to travel to different stores to fill managerial vacancies
Strong relevant product knowledge/track record in the sale of Agri / DIY / Hardware
At least 3 years of retail experience, including direct people management
Proficient IT skills (Excel, email, POS)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Strong business acumen, customer focus, and commercial awareness
Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety – ensure safety procedures are known, understood, and followed by all colleagues
People Management & Development – lead and develop your team's capabilities in line with the company's core values
Sales – meet and exceed store targets and KPIs
Customer Care – demonstrate commitment to excellence in customer experience
