As Sales Events Manager, you'll own the commercial success of events, private dining and group bookings at Hawksmoor Dublin.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining relationship-building, creativity and operational delivery.
You'll be the face of Hawksmoor for events locally — from first enquiry through to flawless execution.
What You'll Do Lead sales for events, private dining, groups and buyouts Build strong relationships with corporates, agencies, hotels and local partners Host show rounds, tastings and client meetings Drive revenue through proactive sales, smart proposals and upselling Work closely with the on-site team to deliver seamless, high-quality events Track performance and activity using our sales systems Who You Are Experienced in hospitality sales, events or premium venue management Commercially minded and confident working to targets Warm, professional and comfortable hosting clients Organised, proactive and calm under pressure Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Our Values Welcome Everyone – We create warm, inclusive spaces where people feel genuinely welcome and comfortable being themselves.
