This is a leadership role that requires a balance of strategic direction, operational delivery, and client partnership.
In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational lead on multiple large-scale accounts, setting a high bar for delivery across digital, content, and social platforms.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and senior client stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and be a central figure in maintaining client relationships and driving organic growth.
What You'll Be Doing Act as the primary contact for multiple large-scale clients, including a major public sector account.
Build strong, trusted relationships and guide communications across all touchpoints.
Strategic Direction Set and oversee strategic direction in collaboration with creative, strategy, and media teams.
Ensure all work is aligned with client goals and platform requirements.
Project Delivery Manage integrated digital and content project delivery with high attention to quality and detail.
Oversee resourcing and performance across departments for optimal workflow.
Own budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and tracking of client portfolio profitability.
Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing internal culture.
Problem Solving Identify challenges early and implement clear, proactive solutions.
What We're Looking For You're an established leader with a deep understanding of client and team dynamics, comfortable managing complex campaigns and nurturing long-term relationships.
You have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on both delivery and growth.10+ years in a creative/digital agency or brand-side marketing role.
Experience working with public sector clients, extremely advantageous Proven success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
Deep understanding of creative development, production workflows, and platform delivery.
Strong commercial acumen and client budget management experience.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
