About the Role As CNM3, you will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee theatre operations, and drive service development and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support the theatre nursing team Ensure high standards of patient care and safety Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service development Oversee operational management within the theatre department Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote excellence in care delivery Requirements NMBI Registered Nurse (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital Minimum 2 years' management experience at CNM3 level or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in Perioperative Nursing (or related field) Proven leadership and operational management experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and clinical governance Benefits HSE Payscales Pension Scheme Sick Pay Scheme Full support from a dedicated consultant - from application to your first day Ready to Take the Next Step?
