Our global client is seeking an experiencedHR Business Partnerto join their HR team based onsite in County Galway. This is a hands-on, highly visible role supporting one of it's Irish site's workforce, with a strong focus on day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and partnering closely with managers.This isnot a specialist role— the successful candidate will be a true HR generalist, comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle and dealing with both routine HR activities and upcoming organisational change.Due to the nature of the site, there is a requirement for an HR presence onsite at all times, with limited but occasional flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers on-siteDeliver end-to-end HR support across all routine HR activitiesManage the full employee lifecycle including:Inductions and onboardingRecruitment and selectionEmployee relations and performance managementAbsence management and disciplinary processesSupport and advise managers on people-related mattersPlay an active role in change management, including upcoming organisational restructures, particularly at senior management levelHelp re-establish and reinforce company ways of working and HR practicesEngage regularly with employees, maintaining a strong onsite presenceOccasionally support payroll activities related to compensation and benefits:Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policiesCandidate ProfileEssential:Strong HR generalist background (ideally at HRBP or Senior HR Advisor level)Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment (desirable)Comfortable working onsite and being highly visibleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfident engaging with employees at all levels, including senior managementExperience supporting organisational change and restructuringSolid understanding of Irish employment lawPreferred:Experience in a multi-site Irish organisationExposure to payroll reporting or compensation & benefits administrationAbility to work autonomously within a small HR team
