Overview
Digital Learning Designer role at Irish Tax Institute. 12-month contract. Based in Dublin, with the option to work from home 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
* Create and edit engaging digital learning content for students, members, and staff.
* Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and meets high-quality standards.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of content.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create engaging learning activities and high-quality, interactive digital content using tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate Rise & Storyline, video, simulations, role plays, games, audio, etc.).
* Work with Institute departments and third-party suppliers to evaluate current delivery of education content and implement recommendations arising from findings.
Other duties as relevant to the role as guided by the Senior Manager for Digital Services.
Ideal Candidate
* 1–5 years of relevant experience as a digital learning designer or instructional designer.
* A relevant qualification (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in digital education, instructional design, or equivalent.
* Experience creating high-quality interactive learning content using e-learning and rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, H5P or equivalent) and video editing tools.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with experience juggling multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and with key stakeholders and contributors.
* Graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) would be desirable.
