You will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations while ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.What You Will DoInstall and commission split and multi‑type air‑conditioning systemsCarry out installation work including pipework, bracketry, cabling, and associated mechanical and electrical worksComplete and maintain accurate site surveys, commissioning reports, and installation recordsSupport the quotation process by identifying remedial, replacement, or upgrade opportunitiesLiaise effectively with clients, site contacts, and other contractors on‑siteWork collaboratively as part of a team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standardTake responsibility for the development and progression of apprentices or junior technicians under your supervisionWhat We Look ForRelevant City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent certificationsProven experience in the full installation of HVAC systemsStrong experience with DX systems, split and VRF/VRV systems, air handling units (AHUs), and ventilation plantExperience in commissioning HVAC equipmentAbility to interpret technical documentation including electrical and fluid schematics, piping diagrams, and psychrometric diagramsStrong written and verbal technical communication skillsA proactive, can‑do attitude with strong problem‑solving skillsGood IT and computer skillsFull, clean Irish driving licenceWhat We OfferIn return, we offer a supportive and inclusive company culture that promotes work‑life balance, ongoing learning, and career development.
