AccountantLocation: BallsbridgeDOE: €65k – €75kJob Overview:Our client is looking for an Accountant to join their head office located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely reporting, supported by variance analysis and commentary. They will be responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, timeliness and communication of all management information with the Finance Manager.Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely reporting of weekly/monthly financial data and variance reportsAssist with the day-to-day running of the finance departmentPrepare monthly management accounts and consolidated reports, with variance analysisPreparation of balance sheet reconciliationsProcessing of weekly banks & bank reconciliationsAssist with weekly cash reportingProcessing of weekly payrollPreparation of VAT, PAYE, RCT, LPT & VHT ReturnsManagement of Rental connections accountsAssist with budgeting/cost controlsAssist with audit preparationAd-hoc duties as requested by the Finance ManagerQualifications and Experience:ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.Minimum 3 years in a dynamic finance role.Strong Excel skills.Ability to be self-directed with a high level of awareness of the importance of preserving confidentiality.Ability to take initiative, make positive changes and take action and improve outcomesExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsA high level of organisational ability and attention to detail.Be flexible and have ability to work on own initiative.Benefits:Competitive Salary with yearly increase26 days holiday (option to purchase more)Employer pensionTravel expensesEnhanced parental leaveProfessional and Educational development Please note there is no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance on offerInterested candidates should submit their CV outlining their suitability for the role toor call Clodagh on for a confidential conversation.
