With a combination of theme park rides, a large zoo area, petting farm, family entertainment and great food offerings, Emerald Park is one of Ireland's most visited family attractions.

Responsibilities
* Social Media Planning – Update the social media content calendar daily with interesting, relevant, and on-brand content.
* Delivery of Social Content – Create, plan and post creative social media content.
* Copywriting – Create engaging and relevant copy for marketing campaigns and promotions.
* Graphic Design – Create and edit assets for in-park events and signage using Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, PhotoShop & Illustrator).
* Content Management Creation – Responsible for delivery of photo and video assets and ensuring content bank is up to date.
* Digital Marketing Strategy – Liaise with agencies to implement the digital marketing strategy for the park across multiple channels.
* CRM Tool – Daily management of CRM system including contact management, audience list segmentation, automations and reporting.
* Website & CMS – Updating of website on a regular basis.
* Analytical Reporting & Presentation Skills – Provide detailed reporting and presentations using various analytical tools to track campaign performance, including recommendations for improvement.
* Email Marketing – Design and optimise email marketing campaigns.
* Reputation Management – Manage online reputation via review websites.
* Creativity – Bring new and creative ideas to the team and open to trying new and exciting marketing methods.
* PR activity – Involvement in PR activity and planning throughout the year, including creative feedback and management of day-to-day PR activities.
* Cross Departmental Support –Working with various departments within the business ensuring all digital collateral is updated.
* Events – Working with events team to organise and develop fresh concepts for new and existing events.
* Ad-Hoc Projects – As required.
Candidate requirements
We are looking for someone that is fun, energetic and enthusiastic about all things marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional looking to be part of an engaging and unique brand.
* Third level qualification in Digital Marketing.
* Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experienced in building online advertising campaigns.
* Experience in budget analysis and quantifying campaign success.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
* Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, GA4, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
* Experience with a content management system such as WordPress or similar. Role will involve regular content and asset updates of the website including a blog.
* Experience of using Hubspot or a similar CRM system.
* Experienced in content creation and copywriting (for website, social media content, brochures etc.)
* Photography or Videography background a distant advantage.
* Highly organised individual with ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to work well with others both internal and external to the business is a must.
* Genuine interest for all things marketing and keeping track of trends and topics within the industry.
* Previous marketing experience within a tourist attraction is a plus, but not essential.
