We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large‑scale Dynamics 365 transformation programmes within a complex enterprise environment. This role combines programme leadership, client engagement, delivery oversight, and strategic transformation expertise across high‑profile digital initiatives.The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to broader business and operational objectives. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams across the full programme lifecycle, including scoping, planning, solution delivery, governance, change management, and post‑implementation support.This is a leadership role suited to someone with a strong technical mindset and significant experience delivering enterprise technology programmes, without necessarily being a hands‑on solution architect.This is a fully onsite roleKey ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of large‑scale Dynamics 365 transformation programmes.Manage complex digital transformation initiatives with programme values exceeding €10 million.Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of approximately 30–40 resources, including onshore and offshore delivery teams.Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor throughout programme delivery.Drive programme governance, delivery quality, risk management, and successful business outcomes.Support solution design and implementation activities across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Ensure effective collaboration between business, technical, and third‑party teams.Contribute to business development activities within existing client accounts, with broader commercial responsibilities developing over time.Support organisational change, user adoption, and operational readiness activities.Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.Requirements10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise technology and transformation programmes.Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.Strong technical understanding with experience managing complex technology delivery programmes.Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.Experience managing programmes valued at €10 million+ with teams of 30–40 people.Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.Experience managing offshore delivery teams and distributed programme structures.Public sector experience is advantageous but not essential.Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are beneficial.Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, project management, or a related discipline preferred.
