My client in Co.
Offaly is currently recruiting a Centre Operations Manager.
You will oversee the management of the facility, ensuring strong operations, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic progress.
You will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors.
This is a permanent job.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Ensure the service meets standards and maintains compliance with TUSLA regulations.
Comply with all relevant legislation, including health and safety, employment, and data protection laws.
Assist with costings and expense control.
Identify funding opportunities i.e. government grants/schemes etc.
Prepare funding applications.
Develop plans to grow and boost the service.
Provide leadership & management to your team.
Manage the recruitment, induction & training of new employees.
What are we looking for?
2-3 years experience in a similar management/operations role.
Experience in community/not-for-profit environment advantageous.
Strong communication, leadership & people management skills.
Compliance & Quality experience.
