About You
* A degree or master's in Human Resources, Business, or related field (CIPD Chartership preferred).
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in regulated sectors such as healthcare or social care. They possess strong communication skills, stakeholder diplomacy expertise, and deep knowledge of HR law.
