About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Client Services Representative.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide exceptional client service, manage and resolve queries, and develop skills in our global operating structure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the service provided to clients, identifying and resolving service issues, and interacting frequently with internal teams.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Act as primary point of contact for all client queries
o Maintain and enhance client service
o Manage and resolve client queries
o Awareness of transition activity linked to clients
o Identify and manage resolution of service delivery root causes
o Frequent proactive communication with stakeholders to verify satisfaction levels
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
You will also need to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines, plan and prioritize your workload, and review and resolve complex issues.
