We are looking for a Senior Marketing Visual Designer to create and oversee high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency and user-friendliness. Key responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams, mentoring junior designers, managing design projects from concept to completion, and staying current with design trends and technologies.
What you will do
* Creative Direction & Development: Conceptualize and design visually compelling marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and other campaign collateral that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual elements maintain a consistent brand identity across various media, including digital platforms and traditional print materials.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, product developers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual designs.
* Project Management: Oversee the entire design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to specifications.
* Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design software, techniques, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and reviews of designs, refining images, fonts, and layouts to meet high standards before final delivery.
* Experience: Design with user-friendliness in mind, creating intuitive and accessible visual assets that enhance user experience on digital products.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing graphic design.
* Strong skills in visual design, branding, layout, typography, and design systems.
* Mastery of industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. (a plus if they can do landing pages as well)
* Marketing Acumen: A good understanding of marketing approaches and how to translate strategy into visual design that achieves measurable results.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Confidence in working independently, identifying problems, and finding creative solutions.
