The primary objective of the Office Assistant role is to support the Financial Controller in achieving the group objectives by delivering accurate daily processing within a busy, dynamic office environment.
You would also: Work as part of a team to provide general administrative support Undertake basic bookkeeping duties such as data entry and invoicing/processing receipts Process daily bank reconciliations Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner both on the telephone and via email Provide reception cover as and when required Provide any reasonable, additional support to the business to ensure daily and monthly goals are achieved accurately and in a timely manner Person Specification.
Previous experience working in an administration / office role.
Intermediate Excel skills Leaving Certificate in math's and English Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail is essential.
Good computer skills for data entry and the ability to use business software applications / Microsoft Office and Excel Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
