We're looking for an experiencedStrategy & Market Access Manager - High Cost Treatmentsto lead Laya Healthcare's strategic and financial approach to high-cost drugs and treatments. This is a pivotal role in shaping how we manage oncology and specialty medicines, ensuring our members have access to the best therapies while maintaining sustainability.You'll work at the intersection ofclinical strategy, commercial negotiation, and market access, engaging with hospitals, insurers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to deliver innovative solutions. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and help us deliver on our promise of care.What You'll DoDrive the implementation of our high-cost drug and treatment strategy and coverage framework.Lead clinical and economic governance for reimbursement decisions.Negotiate with pharmaceutical manufacturers to secure best-value pricing and risk-share agreements.Monitor EMA pipelines, HTA assessments, and market trends to inform strategy.Collaborate with Medical Directors, Claims, Actuarial, and Provider Relations teams.What We're Looking ForDeep knowledge of oncology drug classes and HTA methodologies.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million-euro treatments and drug budgets.Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.Background in pharmacy, pharmacology, health economics, or market access.10+ years' experience in pharma, health insurance, or HTA.Why Join Laya Healthcare?At Laya Healthcare, we're proud to be one of Ireland's leading health and wellbeing provider.
