We are delighted to partner with a growing organisation on their search for a
Head of Sales
to lead and evolve their sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
You'll play a key role in growing revenue, supporting current clients, and identifying new business opportunities, all while maintaining our clients commitment to top-tier quality and customer service.
What you'll do:
Own and develop the company's annual sales strategy
Maintain and grow key accounts while identifying new opportunities
Lead and support the Sales Admin, with scope to grow the team
Prepare quotes, tenders, and contracts
Represent the company at trade shows, client sites, and events (12+ site days/month)
Provide on-site technical solutions and customer support
Deliver strategic market insights to improve service and competitiveness
What we're looking for:
Proven senior-level sales experience in plant/machinery or mechanical systems ideally conveyor system.
Engineering qualification (Degree/Diploma preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience developing and managing a sales pipeline
Hands-on, solutions-focused, and commercially savvy
