Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager
* As a dedicated leader in operational excellence, you will contribute to developing strategy focused on embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
The role requires providing daily management system KPI reviews, leading continuous improvement forums at all levels of the site. You will drive health checks assessing effectiveness and drive improvements to achieve business targets.
You will develop and embed our continuous improvement strategy by implementing relevant training programs for staff to ensure effective implementation of Lean techniques.
