The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of heating and plumbing systems.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance
Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls
Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports are submitted for all works completed
Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing
Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements
Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be required
Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work
Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team
Qualifications and Experience
Fetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing Certificate
Formal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered
5 years post qualified experience
Previous experience working in a maintenance role
Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
Experience in maintaining and servicing gas boilers
Clean Driving Licence
Computer Literate
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Team player
