The role of Associate Director, Medical Governance is a critical position that plays a pivotal part in supporting the implementation of the unified governance framework for medical and patient-focused programs within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate the roll-out of GxP processes and support self-assessments and audits.
">
* Manage CAPA and guide associates in quality issue management.
">
* Leverage the centralized Medical Excellence Governance Board (MEGB) to streamline consultation and escalation pathways.
">
* Connect local Medical Governance Leads (MGLs) with global experts within MEOG and Global Medical Affairs (GMA).
">
">
Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Medicine or related fields.
">
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in medical affairs, clinical development, medical compliance/Governance, quality assurance, risk management, regulatory, or a related area.
">
* Strong knowledge of GxP processes and medical guidelines.
">
* Deep understanding of health authority requirements and ICH guidelines.
">
* Experience in self-assessments, audits, and managing CAPA.
