What You'll Be Doing
Own and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) project delivery
Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
Lead and influence R&D and multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure alignment with Quality, Regulatory, and Business requirements
Deliver clear, confident project communication to senior stakeholders
What You'll Bring
3–5 years' experience in Project Management
Medical device background (Class II / Class III highly desirable)
Strong experience in New Product Development / Introduction
Proven ability to lead R&D teams in regulated environments
