The Position :
Reporting to the HR Manager, some of your key responsibilities working for us as an HR Administrator would be to:
* Assist and support the HR team in providing high-quality HR support to our employees and the wider business
* Respond to day-to-day first-line HR enquiries from managers, employees and external sources promptly
* Prioritise duties according to relevant timelines
* Assist with the Recruitment, Selection and onboarding processes
* Processing background checks, credential checks, reference checks and assisting with work permits applications as required.
* Maintain employee records manually and using our HRIS system in accordance with company policy and local legislative requirements.
* Work with the finance team to ensure accurate data is provided for monthly payroll.
* Assist with the administration of all employee benefits as well as promoting and administering employee well-being benefits and initiatives
* Coordinate L&D for the Company and administer the Learning Management System
* Assist in maintaining relevant Health and Safety training for employees.
* Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.
We are seeking candidates who can work full-time in the Republic of Ireland. Due to the nature of our business and the clients we work with, all our positions require successful candidates to undergo a basic security clearance.
About you:
We are keen to consider candidates with a range of experience; however, this would be an ideal HR Administrator position if you:
* Are CIPD qualified or working towards a relevant HR qualification
* Have a very good level of knowledge of Irish employment legislation. Working knowledge of UK employment Legislation would be an advantage.
* Have experience in completing a broad range of HR administrative tasks in a similar role.
* Have excellent attention to detail and have a highly organised approach to your work
* Can prioritise a diverse workload and meet often tight deadlines
* Are proficient in all the usual Microsoft Office software and ideally have previous HRIS experience
* Are a great communicator, both written and verbal
* Are looking for a full-time, permanent role
