The role of Deputy Head of Food and Beverage Operations is a pivotal position within our organization. You will support the strategic and operational management of multiple food and beverage outlets across the estate. This includes ensuring the delivery of high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and efficient operations.
* Operational Management: The successful candidate will provide day-to-day management support to four food and beverage outlets. This involves ensuring high standards in food quality, presentation speed-of-service, customer care across all outlets monitoring stock control ordering waste reduction for budget-friendly decisions Leadership Staff Management Support team members through their development training supervision performance evaluation motivating staff delivering visitor-focused services
Health Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regulations related to health safety HACCP systems audits Allergen procedures Retail Product Service Development Introduce new concepts menus retail products service innovations Promote sustainability initiatives sourcing reducing waste Financial Administrative Duties Assist with budget reviews ensure procurement processes supplier relationships accurate records reporting documentation Rostering Deputising Represent the department at meetings events when required Contribute to strategic planning policy development
