We are a very busy restaurant and our focus is on good quality food, locally sourced. We believe in a work life balance, no split shifts and consecutive days off. We make everything from scratch. We operate six days per week.
We expect the candidate to have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for quality, a creative mind and a good work ethic. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards, Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

The successful candidate will have:
1. Experience in a busy hospitality environment
2. Have excellent customer service outlook
3. Proficiency in English
4. Be fully eligible to work in Ireland as per current Irish Immigration Law
(IMPORTANT NOTE - We LOVE students, but this position will suit someone with full time availability for day and night shifts, around 35-39 hours per week. We LOVE our new friends from other cultures and countries, but unless it says on your visa that you can work more than 20 hours, then this position is not for you.)
