We are looking for someone to join our stores team.
Your role on a day to day basis will involve the following;
* Ordering & receiving parts.
* Managing stock control to include monitoring stock quantities, ensuring fast moving stock is replenished in a timely manner recording all parts received on the computeriesed system.
* Identify and resolve delivery issues.
* Generate purchase orders.
* Distribute parts to workshop mechanics ensuring same are recorded on job cards.
* Taking customer orders over the phone and dispatching same via DPD.
Other duties
* Complete stocktake
The candidate;
Excellent customer services skills.
Previous stores experience in agri / motor sector desirable though not essential.
Good computer skills.
Excellent telephone manner, fluent spoken English
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Working hours
This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
