Job Title – Electrical Maintenance Technician
Job Location – NorthCo. Dublin
Salary – €45K - €55K BOE
About the Company:
Our client is currently recruiting for a strong candidate with electrical experience where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of various production equipment, with a focus on electrical systems.
Your duties will include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, training staff, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless production operations.
You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and safety standards.
Duties Involve:
1. Managing the full electrical works & troubleshooting of the site and equipment.
2. Leading the site preventative electrical programme & managing scheduling.
3. Carrying out work orders in a timely and safe manner while maintaining adherence & full compliance with company procedures.
4. Uploading all job details onto a handheld mobile field technology device on completion.
5. Testing, inspecting and certifying your own installations.
6. Explaining system procedures to site management.
7. Developing in-depth working knowledge of all site’s electrical equipment.
8. Completing all work order forms & paperwork in full.
9. Following all Health and Safety Rules and Regulations on the site.
10. Completing training and review of SOPs on compliance.
Skills Required:
1. 4+ years of experience in Electrical Maintenance within a Manufacturing environment.
2. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of Lean principles and experience with continuous improvement projects is preferred.
6. Familiarity with High Care equipment and food safety standards is advantageous.
