Job Title: Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate to Senior Level) Location: Dublin, Ireland Company Type: Tier 1 Construction Contractor Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to final accounts.
Provide accurate forecasting, cost planning, and commercial reporting.
Procure subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and manage variations.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.
Work closely with project teams to provide strategic commercial input.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years' experience (Intermediate) or 7+ years' experience (Senior) with a main contractor or PQS practice.
Proven track record on large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
Strong knowledge of contracts (e.g. NEC, FIDIC, RIAI).
