Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work within the Power division, focusing on the day-to-day commercial activities of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cashflow forecasting and tracking live costs in line with budget forecasts
* Contract administration, including preparation of payment applications and final accounts
* Procurement and supply chain management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
* Regular commercial reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key project milestones and risks
Requirements:
* Valid work authorization for Ireland
* Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in commercial project management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel
* Knowledge of current construction legislation and FIDIC forms of contract
