Use structured elicitation techniques such as brainstorming, journey mapping, and prioritisation exercises to drive clarity and consensus. Ensure all voices are heard, align expectations, and capture actionable insights to inform solution design. Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications for PowerApps solutions.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities.Provide training and documentation for end-users.Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform tools.Required SkillsExperience leading interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Microsoft Power Apps.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Strong knowledge/exposure of Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and process flows.Culture and DiversityTEKenable’s culture is built upon resilience, heartfelt service, always striving, and insatiable curiosity.
