We are supporting a major programme of work focused on
AI Governance
and are seeking an experienced
Cyber Security AI Governance Lead
for a 6-month daily rate contract.
This is a senior contract role suited to professionals with strong consulting experience and hands-on exposure to AI governance, regulatory frameworks, and data security.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of an
AI Governance roadmap
, aligned to business, risk, and regulatory requirements
* Define governance models, controls, and operating frameworks for the use of AI technologies
* Provide subject matter expertise on
EU AI Act
requirements and ensure alignment with emerging regulatory standards
* Advise on the secure and compliant use of
Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools
* Engage with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, legal, and data teams in a consulting-style environment
* Ensure strong
data privacy, data security, and access control
principles are embedded into AI use cases
Key Requirements
* Proven experience leading or contributing to
AI Governance
initiatives
* Strong knowledge of
EU AI Act frameworks
and AI-related regulatory obligations
* Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Copilot
or similar AI platforms
* Background in
Cyber Security, Technology Risk, or Data Privacy
* Experience working in a
consulting or MSP environment
* Strong understanding of
data security, access controls, and privacy-by-design
principles
