Job Title: Contract Management Coordinator
Job Description:
In this role, you will coordinate and manage contracts related to highway infrastructure operations and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, identifying potential issues, and developing reports to detail progress and performance metrics. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align on objectives and priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate contracts, including managing relationships with contractors and vendors;
* Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements;
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;
* Develop and present reports to clients, detailing progress and performance metrics;
* Support the Commission Manager in delivering programme and project management services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering; or in another relevant discipline;
* 5 years + post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required;
Key Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Experience in chairing meetings and managing resources;
* Proficient in MS Office suite.
