About The Position
We seek a part-time Marketing Data Analyst to enhance decision-making through advanced data analysis and insights. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing analytics, e-commerce, and data visualization with Looker.

This remote role involves 20 hours per week, flexible hours, and occasional overlap with the US team, with potential to transition to full-time in 2-3 months based on performance.

Responsibilities

* Use Looker to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for marketing and e-commerce metrics.
* Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies, campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to understand data needs, prioritize, and deliver insights.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
* Ensure seamless data flow and troubleshoot data governance issues.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; Master’s is a plus.
* 2+ years in marketing data and insights roles.
* Proficiency with Looker and GA4.
* Experience with Excel and BigQuery.
* Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands focusing on digital marketing and customer acquisition.
* Knowledge of DTC marketing analytics, A/B testing; Python or SQL familiarity is a plus.
* Strong storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Curiosity and analytical mindset, eager to explore data and find solutions.
